"I booked a pool side room but didn't get one...alos they had charged us for a rool away and refrigerator which we did not ask for and said that it was due to getting it on the internet....miscommunication....."

"We needed an extra pillow and were told they couldn't get us one. I was unhapy about this since the hotel wasn't full. How hard would it have been to get us a pillow from an unoccupied room?"
